| 'A GOOD ALL ROUND LENS' |  | Strengths: Excellent zoom range, while maintaining reasonable speeds. |  | Weaknesses: Can be a little noisy (in terms of motors) I guess, but that doesnt bother me (may for some though). Corner sharpness isnt as good as my pentax kit lens, but still pretty good. |  | Overall: Overall, im very pleased with my purchase of this lens as it covers virtually all my photographic needs, its just a little soft in the corners. The slightly newer 18-250mm version may be worth considering, but I have not used that one, so cant comment on its quality. |
