'I THINK IT'S A GREAT LENS. I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH IT. '

Strengths:
It's sharp and the IS is a boon to me as I don't like tripods much when shooting wildlife. Autofocus is quick and quiet, although Ring USM would have been better.

Weaknesses:
A bit expensive. Would have been nice if a case and hood had been included in the price. Also Ring USM.

Overall:
Worth it's wait in gold. I wouldn't be without it.
