'GREAT CAMERA AT TIME OF PURCHASE BUT NOW SUPERCEDED'
Overall:
The Camera was good at the time of purchase and now anyone picking one up second hand can get a great bargain. I have now bought an A200 and difference in picture quality is a marked improvment but both cameras offer good result and great value. The A200 reflects the improvement in technology.

'GOOD PERFORMER'
Strengths:
Relatively cheap for an SLR, was only £450 when I got it, and should be a bit cheaper too. Anti-shake is remarkably good too, because it moves the sensor rather than the lens like other SLRs. Menu system is well thought out and easy to use.
Weaknesses:
Heavy and clunky camera case. Flash is pop-up but it won't pop-up automatically, which is a bit annoying and its easy to forget (but this may just be an error with mine so check in shop first)
Overall:
Ignore the fact that Konica Minolta have pulled out of the camera business- it certainly wasn't because their cameras were bad: the Dynax 5D is a good camera at a good price.
