 Flash / Lighting Kits
External flash units are designed to replace the flash lamp on the camera with a bigger flash, one that is further away from the lens to give a better coverage and reduce red-eye effects. Most flash units have a rotating head to push light in any direction, and the intensity of the flash can also be adjusted. With an Exposure Meter to give the best flash settings based on available light, accurate colours and tones can be preserved in photos

Small product photography is usually hard - especially if the objects are shiny. We check out a product from Lastolite designed to make this easy. The Ephotomaker is bound to appeal to the hard core eBay addict but does it have other uses? - 24/8/06
