Canon's PowerShot SX110 IS is a new 9 megapixel compact camera to replace the PowerShot SX100 IS. The big changes to the new model include the near-inevitable 3in LCD and improved optical Image Stabiliser in that 10x, 36-360mm equivalent lens.
The new Canon PowerShot SX110 IS also features face detection (with selection and tracking), motion detection (in high auto ISO mode) and a new 'easy mode' to work alongside full manual control and 18 other shooting modes. A 30fps VGA movie mode and the ability to run the PowerShot SX110 IS off AA batteries completes the package.
