Ricoh continue to advance the compacts range with the new Caplio R7.
7.1x optical zoom and the classic Ricoh-capable super-close-up-macro-madness come as standard, plus a number of other advancements over the R6:
Vibration reduction and face recognition compliment a super-thin 20.6mm body (at thinnest point), add to that 8.1megapixel capture and a 2.7” LCD screen and you have a nifty addition to the range.
Plus there's some clever bracketing mode where you can take multiple successive images with different exposure or white balance brackets in order to select the best possible image for the situation.
Possibly best of all (of course) is the fact it's available in orange…..right?
