Advent Calendar Day 8

Well, the first week is done and dusted - we've already had 7 competitions and have a whole bunch of delighted winners but we're not done yet. Not by a l-o-n-g way!

Taking pictures used to be easy - snap a scene with your camera then drop the film in the lab and watch somebody mess it up for you. Now with digital you have the chance to mess up your own pictures much faster than the lab ever could do!

Pretty well every digital photographer uses an editor of some kind and they range from pretty basic to very scary. One that's neither basic nor scary is PhotoImpact 12. There are a ton of features such as noise reduction, auto white balance and ExpressFix. There's also high end stuff such as High Dynamic Range controls and Scene Compositor.
