The second competition this month sees us team up with multimedia software developer Ulead to give away a collection of software specifically for photographers, and it's amazingly simple to win - just post in our forums to be in with a chance. There are three prizes on offer, two runner-up prizes and one big prize! In the spirit of building suspense I'll leave the details of the big prize till last.
Runners-up prizes
The two runners-up will each win a copy of DVD Movie Factory 5 each. DVD Movie Factory is software for burning photos and movies onto CD or DVD with a clear and simple drag and drop interface. It also makes video capture from TV, DVD and VHS easy including an Ad-Zapper feature for getting rid of recorded commercials when you burn to disc (although I'm sure this is slightly illegal!). The real strengths lie in its DVD menu authoring that allows you to do professional “Hollywood” style menus with motion overlays, transitions and video loops.
The Top Prize
The lucky overall winner will get a full suite of software - DVD Movie Factory 5, VideoStudio 10 (its pretty explanatory what this does) and PhotoImpact 11*. PhotoImpact is Ulead's professional image and photo editor, and comes bundled with a handy photo browser too (Photo Explorer 8). How to Enter
