I'm having a couple of issues with my camera at the moment, some of the photos have got tiny white marks in the image, usually around the middle of the photo.
I'll try and get an image up on the web somewhere to show what I mean, but until then does anyone know whats causing it?
It's impossible to tell without seeing them, and even then it'll probably be a guess.
If they were black, i'd say dust on the sensor without a doubt, but i can't imagine that being white.
How big are the marks, and how clearly defined are they? Are they fuzzy or sharp? One pixel or 50? If the white marks are very small and sharply defined, it could be duff pixels on the sensor perhaps.
Have the pictures concerned been illuminated by flash,I have had a similar problem myself and i think it is dust in the air being highlighted by the flash and showing up like small fuzzy balls. I have never experienced this problem with images taken in daylight.
