Obviously not the Jobo evolution as its not out yet, but does anyone have the original? Or a similar?

I can see its quite useful as a portable media player yes, but as a photo storage and viewer, would it be any good?

From what I learnt about the new Jobo when I was writing the story it looks quite good, but the price level is kinda high for the common photographer like me who has a PC readily available.

But for a pro or someone going on a big long trip that will be taking a LOT of photos it looks like it will be more valuable and useful.

It can be a PMP true, but its probably too expensive to be used just for that, the main cost comes from its advanced photo features.

£699 for 80GB and all those features doesn't seem that expensive to me.
