These digital photo frames look interesting, but would anyone actually buy one?

I wouldn't personally, but then i'm not one for putting photos up around the house, and certainly no photos with me in it!

I think it depends how much it costs. I like the idea of being able to send photos to it remotely, eg send a picture to be there when the wife gets home before you or something cheesy like that :P

The size and resolution sound highly unimpressive to me though.

Mm, if I want sound, I'll use my hifi
if I want to watch films, I'll use my tv.
Not a little photo frame.

It would be nice to have a photo frame that you can change really easily, but it will just use up batteries or electricity and you'll barely look at it, so I think its a waste.

A nice show of technology though, and it can only get better.

The idea of having it connected firstly to the mains all the time, and secondly to a PC all the time doesn't really appeal to me. All the wires.

I suppose if it was battery powered I may consider one, and even then it probably wouldn't last that long.

Are there wi-fi frames out there?

People who need the latest gadgets may get one, I certainly won't.

I may consider it when and if they get better, but I just see that eating my electricity bill.
