hi,first time on here.still holding on to my etrs kit and a-1,but bitten the digital bullet!!!!

please could you help me out?  i am looking into elements 6 and have seen essentials 2 or 2.1, easy start out software. is 2.1 for vista,or will they both work? by the way i have seen i am in the minority on here, i own a pentax ( k10) and i like it

Elements 6.0 and the Essentials are made to work with Vista and down -XP,Win 98.  No worries there.  We have a photo club 800 strong- we always joke about cameras-  One fella had a 3 megapixel camera and took great photos...The next guy had a whole Minolta sys SLR and every picture was blurry..." Boys and their Toys," as the saying goes.  You make the picture-notice I said "MAKE"... The camer is a tool!!

Just go and have fun- that is what it is all about!!
