cheers Jeffery, actually we stuggled like mad to get those shots the two ivatt mickey mouse tanks look great together and it was rare to get two of this class together these days of course, one is from the K&W V Rly while the other one was visiting from the Bluebell Railway, the trouble was that the bluebell loco had a valve problem with an open cock right hand (don`t ask) and it was difficult to get a decent shot of her in the morning runs, smoke everywhere, nightmare, however as temperitures rose the problems eased away.  Nowt worst than a problem with your cock!

Very good shot mate!

But the telegraph wires are spoiling it, and I am sure it would look better in monochrome with the contrast ramped up.

Time for some photoshopping!

the telegraph poles are an essential Ron, many of these preserved railway lines have erected telegraph poles even though they dont work, they are an essential part of a forgotten era,

thanks mate
