Should have read that a bit more closely... The lens you're looking for is more expensive than the camera body itself!

18-200mm lens = approx £400, D60 body only = approx £360, Total = approx £760

Try Amazon, WarehouseExpress, Jessops, BestCameras, Park Cameras and general Google search. Good luck.
