John I'm referring to the latest POTD "Arches".

Simon That is what I tried to be, and is the reason I posted here rather than in the coments box attatched to the photo.

I was looking for your example, to link to, but the search facilities on Thinkcamera do not appear to work very well, unless of course it's not in the gallery.

I did a quick search of the web for a link to a photo of the "West Range", but could only come up with what IMO is the worst photo that I've ever seen, it's an 8 image HDR photo, which I think says it all, but just in case it's me, have a look.
