Anyone else becoming disappointed with the canon cashback system. Sent off cashback claim begining july then recieved an email on 11th july saying they had recieved it and if had not recieved the cashback within 20 days then to check the website.  So mid August still not recieved anything so checked website and entered code for the claim. Website then tells me was dispatched on 15th August and to wait 10 business days for it . So eagerly awaited cheque alas nothing so emailed them last night to ask about it reply today advises now to wait 30 days from date of dispatch then contact them again so from a purchase first week of July its now 2 months waiting and still no further on. £215 might not be a lot to Canon but I could use it myself.  Sure makes me wonder about the new camera fro the wife think I will go over to the dark side!. 

Am I alone in having problems with the cashback or is it a more widespread problem
