Hi Sylvia

Lovely composition on this one. I love the idea and it would make an excellent postcard or image to advertise Blackpool and their fireworks competition. They need a bit of promotion and this is perfect.

Hope you are well

Hi Jo,

It's lovely to hear from you! I am very well thank you. Hope you are too? Thank you so much for your encouraging feedback. I've made a little research on the net after your comment and here is a little more information about the competition in Blackpool Blackpool Firework display I'm hoping to go again and capture some more on each ocasion weather permitting of course?

Best regards,

Sylvia

Hello

I'm well, just very busy with work - it's cutting into my hobby time!

I've just checked out that link and your photo is 100% better than the one's on the site. They need to be using yours!

Take care

Jo

Great work Sylvia.  You've made this look easy, but I know how difficult it is to get a photo of fireworks.  I've taken some OK ones, but not half as good as yours.  Superb composition and range of colours!

Thank you again Jo for your kind words

Thank you so much Richard for the confidence boost! I did use several firework shots that I had taken that night and created a composite to achieve this effect. They are all original and from the viewpoint that you see in the picture with the tower in. I just added more fireworks trying to give the feel of what the German fireworks were like?
