"Congratulations to our third winner, Andy Woodhouse from Burnley, who wins a pink Fujifilm FinePix Z20fd for his forum post on 025_1907.jpg."

Almost made it by name.

Don't know whether I could live down a PINK one though. Hope you have some female in mind for it Andy!

.

I did win one of those hideous Disc cameras once, made by Minolta and case designed by Courrèges. Horrible blue wavy stripes on a white body. I gave it to my Mum who used it occasionally when she would go on these cruises. Rubbish photos and not all her fault, cr*p camera and film quality. She thought it was great though.

I notice all these postings that win are from late at night.

Not fair for us blokes that are out fishing then.

Well done though Andy.

Hows does that work woody? surely fishing and digital cameras don't mix i'd be worried about dropping the camera in the water but then i could see an advantage, big waders, tripod, middle of a river at sunset, what a great viewpoint

You could be right Andy. The middle of my river is anything between 9 and 30 feet deep.

Doubt that waders would keep you dry.

The camera stays in the bag until needed. Unless it's mounted on a bankstick ready for a self-portrait.
