This is the stand out photo for me. Its the only one that really gives me a feel for the all round life of the person in the portrait. And a portrait of the setting is vital for this.

#15 is my second choice, simply because it is the only other one to have a clear setting, with objects presumably related to the sitter. But there is something missing.

Of the standard style portraits #2 is easily my favourite. All too often I feel there is artifice to standard portraits, but this one stands out for getting skin deep and revealing honesty and honestly.

Congrats to all though .

This made it in as it's a prime example of how reportage photography doesn't have to stand out and look amazing - that's not always the point. It's more in the capture; the moment. This image ought to reflect on those positions we've found ourselves in before - bored and unaware. It's a great capture because the use of the photograph consructs something that may not be 100% accurate - this could have been a one-off yawn, or it could be through repetition and a general boredom, for example. It tells a little story that is opens the viewer's mind to construct what they are seeing - a prime example of reportage/street photography in the 21st century.
